Seaworld Event Concept
Event branding and promotional materials for a full conference concept. This was created as part of a class assignment for Public Relations.
Project Scope
I was tasked to create promotional materials for a theoretical event positioning Seaworld as a world expert in humane animal care. The overall event plan was a group project that I contributed these designs to.

This WAS NOT associated with official Seaworld branding or corporate events team in any way. This was a project for Public Relations and is entirely theoretical.
This project included creating an overall advertsing mix and budget for all promotion materials, but that is not included here. The included text is mainly from the group paper, but the included text that I did not write is credited to the group manager.
Brand Industry and Content

Client Vision
Our goal with this Event is to improve the poor reputation SeaWorld has with other aquariums and with the public.

SeaWorld will be advertising specifically to the businesses we specifically want to attend this event. There will be an email newsletter sent out to all the businesses that are subscribed to our existing email lists and segmented as similar aquariums interested in training.
The email will be followed up with a physical mailer addressed to all the businesses from that email that we connected with. By using both a digital and physical invite, we anticipate a majority guests turnout to the event.



The advertising team will also put social media posts together for Instagram, Facebook, and X. These posts will be targeted first for business owners or employees interested in coming. Then the posts will shift to external communications coverage for the general SeaWorld audience. This is the Instagram post design.
As the event begins, guests will be greeted with a welcome basket. This basket includes a t-shirt and notebook, as well as a badge the attendees are required to wear throughout the day. These badges will help speakers and attendees connect as well as add an extra layer of security for the event. The welcome basket will help add branding and visual representation through what the attendees wear or own, as well as establish a connection and an engagement touchpoint with them there when they arrive.
